Who knows Bluestacks? http://bluestacks.com/
I’m sure that DGT GTD on Bluestacks in combination with Dropbox or FTP synchronization will be a good tradeoff.Franz commented
There is a problem using DGT on Bluestacks : I have to synchronize with Dropbox but on my smartphone I synchronise with Toodledo and I learned it's not possible to sync with both Dropbox and Toodledo.
Android is a platform that promotes the interaction among the applications; it means that you can reuse a feature from another app rather than implement the same feature from scratch (reinventing the wheel).
I’d suggest to install SpringPad that allows you to save photos, videos, audio recordings, … and share those contents with other apps.
Actually you can copy the SpringPad generated link and store in the DGT GTD task as a note.
By tapping the link you will access the content in SpringPad.
Update: Code freeze needed in order to go out of alpha testing and get ramped up for beta. All new features will be replanned.

Yes possible via toodledo but duplicate tasks (due to bad sync) creates duplicate calendar entries
