What do you mean by "Fix the quick-select notebook icon". Elaborate your request.
Install SODA, the evolution of DGT GTD; you can add multiple reminders to a single task and each reminder can be configured either with defaults or with custom settings https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/103731501966281691890
The wiki page should provide the required support: http://www.dgtale.ch/mediawiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
As I don’t have enough time to create the user manual I have created the wiki where advanced users can collaborate completing some parts.
Most of the users want a free product, full featured, bug free, with user manual, with video tutorial, …
Unfortunately only a couple of them are collaborating.
@Sandy: long-tap the list selector then choose "Share"; you can send the list to your email account
@Rohit start the usual process to add a widget to the home screen then long-tap on the DGT GTD icon and move to a free area. A widget configuration view will be displayed where you can choose the "Quick-add" option.
It is not implemented because no one has requested it before.
It looks like DGT GTD is having troubles on Android N devices. Because of that I’ve started working on the UI restyling of DGT GTD. Hopefully in few weeks the new update will be available.
PS: and thanks for the donation :-)
There is another option you might consider: migrating to DGT SODA.
SODA is the evolution of DGT GTD with advanced filter and sort criteria, task hierarchy outline, and many customizations.
Click the link below and register to the G+ community; only registered users can download and install SODA and its Value Pack app. The Value Pack allows you to copy the tasks from DGT GTD tasks to SODA.

I don't get the pointa. DGT GTD saves your changes when you tap the "Back" button on your phone. The application itself displays only two buttons when you are in edit mode, ie: Cancel and Save. Can you better describe the use case with a step-by-step action flow?
You can join the beta tester team by clicking this link https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/103731501966281691890
Once your request is approved, you have to browse the "About" section of the community page. You will find the link(s) to "Become a tester" and to download the beta version of DGT SODA.
@Jans I get the point and the beta version (which is under development but not yet available) implements a fully customizable way of inserting new tasks using the quick-add feature.
@John R, tasks created by the Quick-add widget go into the "Inbox". You can then change all your new created tasks at once simply using the "Bulk update".
Task templates (or default values) will be implemented in the beta version.
I agree with P.Yarl but I can also understand this requirement. In fact having a kind of "task template" list together with the "task type" list could be helpful.
Share your “how to” with other DGT GTD users: http://www.dgtale.ch/mediawiki
@Anonymus: when you are in the Checklist view you have to open the option menu in order to clear the checked items with one click. Use Google Search to figure out where is the Menu Button on your phoe. Eg. type the following search criteria "Where is the Menu button on Galaxy S5"
Go to the phone settings.
Do you see the "Developer options"?
If yes, then disable the option "Don't keep activities" (remove the tick)
Look at the floating tasks feature
Thank you for the link, it sounds very interesting
Will you please add more details or depict with an example.
When you snooze a task I understand that you are acting on the reminder, hence the due date remains unchanged. In the "Active alarms" you can see the day Y.
You can suggest a new name here: http://dgtale.ch/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=100&start=0
@osoitz thank you, I have added the suggested name to the forum thread linked above
What if you would be able to set multiple reminders on a single task?
Backwards compatibility is a must and you should not be concerned about that ;-)
Have you ever tried the "Floating event" feature? I believe it can suit your needs.

Who knows Bluestacks? http://bluestacks.com/
I’m sure that DGT GTD on Bluestacks in combination with Dropbox or FTP synchronization will be a good tradeoff.
@Anonymous: have you ever considered to use Toodledo web app together with DGT GTD using the DGT Toodledo Plugin? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dg.gtd.toodledo.demo
A cross platform PC app will be available for the Beta version (timeframe not yet defined).
The copy&paste works fine, of course you can't use the ctrl-c and ctrl-v to copy or paste from/to bluestacks. You have to use the Android input method: long click allows you to select and copy or paste.
I'm not saying that it's user friendly, I'm just saying that it works :-)
@Bradd: could you please describe what is the added value having the task shared in Evernote? When the "Share" operation is complete you loose the relation between DGT and Evernote, then... how would you play with them together? Thanks in advance
PS: Synchronization with Dropbox/Box/Goodle Drive is not yet available
Basically it will be a backup/restore with synchronization capability.
@Alex: Projects view will be available "soon"
DGT GTD alpha can’t be enhanced in that way.
However The beta version, which is under development, has this feature already implemented.
unfortunately DGT GTD alpha can't fulfill your need, the good thing is that the beta version (which is under development) has this feature already implemented.
Drop me an email: firstname.lastname@example.org, I'll give you more details about the beta version.
PS: the beta version is not yet published in the Play Store because it's not yet ready for production.
This feature is going to be implemented in the beta version (the alpha version wont be enhanced further).
